      This job allowed me to grow in many imaginable ways due to the experience at working with people of many kinds of backgrounds at different projects.

      Cons

      I learned to enjoy a job that I did not like due to freezing temperatures, night, weekend, holiday work, weather conditions, because it will not last for ever.
