Pros

This job is remote. You get some customer service experience.

Cons

Bad communication. What you learn in training only slightly aligns with what you’re actually dealing with on a day to day basis. You are originally told to “trust the script” but as you continue you will realize the script makes you seem like you do not know what you’re talking about at all. Call volume does not have anything to do with pay. Management makes it seem like they’re very accommodating to life situations but they are not.
