Pros
-lots of opportunity -attentive management teams -easy-going work environment -lots of career growth Overall, I loved working with this company. Every Supervisor and Team Leader had grown through the ranks and been promoted from with in. Even a lot of the admin team had made the switch from agent to account manager or sales. The pay is fair, and the expectations of the bosses is justified. The culture is great they just opened a new break room which is awesome with TVs, a small kitchenette, and private/quiet spaces. I get my own locker for personal space as well. I would definitely recommend this job to a friend.
Cons
The call center is growing and like any company that is growing new leadership is coming in. It is taking time for these people to be acclimated, but to be honest the new people are great and I am excited to work with them. Also, it is a 24 hour business so it never closes.
