Honestly, I haven’t experienced any major downsides so far. Like any growing company things can move quickly at times, but that also creates exciting opportunities to learn and be part of new initiatives.

Far and few positive reasons to work for this company. Best part was the people I worked with. Nothing good about company or it's management.

Failure to meet in hands date for customers and constantly sending wrong items to customers. Work environment is brutal from the workload to how management treats you. Expected to work like a robot for less than minimum wage. Constant issues with machines with no expectations of fixing machines just patching issues until they breakdown again. The list could go on.
