The organization as a whole is lack luster at best. If you try and bring up concerns or have a difference of opinion with anything you will be written up and then fired. They think of their employees as nothing more than disposable.
The leadership: Program Managers are unqualified and they make poor decisions, especially Geoff Chapin and Daryn Hunt. They do not pair appropriate community support workers with the clients' unique needs. They do not care about their accommodations. They will coerce you into working when you do not want to. Be careful around them.
The benefits you get are sh*t. No raises in a long time. Don't bother working here.
