Horrible - Server Calamigos Guest Ranch and Beach Club Employee Review

This company does not care about their employees at all nor their business for that matter. They steal employees tips and promise we will see them “one day” but that day has never come and if we quit we are guaranteeing we will never see our well deserved tips. They profit off exploiting employees and treat us like dirt in return. I have never experienced a more ill managed establishment in my life. It’s not even the managers that are the real problem. The owners don’t give anybody a chance to do anything even remotely productive or good for their business. Horrible place. I want my life back as well as my tips.
