The organization of this place is a disaster, nobody is on the same page, all the manuals aren’t updated to the bank system, upper management don’t give two hoots about anyone below their high tower and the HR is despicable (the management). If you want your freedom of speech taken away this would be the place for you! HR loves to shove that down your throat…. Do and say whatever they want and maybe you can keep your job.
Don’t waste your energy even considering this place, hopefully they drop some people with the merge …. This place is the lowest paying joke
