You get to learn the ropes of working all positions - FOH and BOH. Owners are cool and let you work without too much supervision. Not way too busy so things are manageable. Regulars are nice.

Very very low pay. I got below $7/hr. Owner is adamant things need to be done her way. Tips are collected in a jar for everyone to share - and they are only a small amount already... It`s not a busy restaurant and there is no room for growth really.
