- A decent amount of turnover - Very sales focused -- sales representatives are like kings (and can do no wrong) and everyone else essentially acts as support for them. - Appears to lack the growth goals and potential it once did years ago. - Skimps on raises to most employees, but expects the same employees to take on more and more duties as time goes on.
