High fire environment with questionable leadership - Executive Director Cadre Hospice Employee Review

Where to begin, this company is filled with lies and deception. They are a revolving door of employees. The current leadership only cares about the bottom line. They could care less about their employees, let alone their patients they "Serve". This goes for all the markets they are in. The Chicago branch is a dumpster fire. The ED is a joke and cannot lead people let alone the branch. This alone is enough to chose anywhere else. They are so far upside down with financials I'm surprised they are still in business. Not to mention the neglected and malpractice they are doing from the top down.

They treat you like you matter at the beginning. Nice pipe dream.

Leadership lacks communication, they have high expectations for a poorly designed and executed business plan. They do not appreciate their employees and they take advantage of you until it suits them. They are “transparent” and “supportive”.
