Pay for Manager+ positions is crazy! Really? Horrible, unethical people need to be paid $275,000+ - no wonder the Company is going belly up! Merchandise discount - at Summit you get cost plus 5%
Cons
Company bends over backwards to accomodate exempt-status time off whether it be vacation, 'sick time', Family medical leave, kids events, community service/charity work. Some people almost never seemed to be a their jobs and as a Manager there was not a thing you could do about it! Multi-million dollar severance packages to pay people who are "in the know" not to work. Incompetent Director+ level that are more interested in having meetings (let's discuss, let's strategically plan, let's building cross-functional partnerships....) to no end rather than actually getting anything accomplished and moving. A big $4 billion corporation that acts like it's stuck in the 1960's still - so SAD SIDNEY, NEBRASKA - Enough said!
