Treated very poorly - Anonymous employee Cabela's Employee Review

The last year of my employment I was treated very poorly by my supervisor, If you aren't in with upper management then look out. The management in the dept I worked in for all most 9 yrs will lie and stab others in the back to cover up or move up or get rid of someone they don't like and very unaccountable. Very little shopping choices in Sidney, finding housing for new employees has been very difficult. I was very disappointed in a company that I truly believed in.
