Pros

Their product is good and the company provides a lot of learning opportunities. But the most exciting part is that this company promotes having an affair with co-workers. Their HR policy does not have anything against it which is the reason I know of 3-4 affairs going inside a 100 employee organization.

Cons

No cab. Their pay structure does not give much options for saving taxes. Their product is good but their sales team sucks. They should find more client for the claims product that they have. Also the affairs thing is good if you want to start it but it creates a very environment for the employees who want to work. The bad thing from HR part is that they don't take strict action against those things to improve environment

CXC Solutions Response

This is obviously a disgruntled employee who was asked to leave for incompetence and has take this route to malign the company and its employees and Management. And it is not difficult to guess who it is. This is a fabulous company with a great sense of ethics and correctness. Unfortunately the incompetent and high headed ones can not digest the same. You have to be competent to work in an MNC and not just hot air. Glass door needs to take legal action against such people who hide behind the anonymity offered and post such messages.

Pros

friendly staff, investment in training, they pay for certifications, remote work available, cross training available, no micromanagment, competitive salary

Cons

no HR department, no benefits/payroll person, no internal structure beyond staff and C-suite, monthly pay frequency, no direct deposit only paper checks, no paycheck stub showing where my benefit premiums are being allocated, out of state employees are made contractors bc they dont want to pay taxes, no communications about how the company is doing overall, what their goals are and how we will get there
