      Wonderful place to gain experience. If you feel you are unable to work phones because of your BS or CIS degree move on. The culture is wonderful here, and there are many opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      If you are trying to get a technical position be prepared to do help desk work for a while. This isn’t really a con because this gets you ready to understand clients needs and internal processes.
