Company has changed so much! - Practice Administrator CVS Veterinary Group Employee Review

This company is unrecognisable from the one I joined, it is now the epitome of corporate. Money seems to be the focus at the expense of staff wellbeing. I am not sure if they even have a stress policy, or if they have they do not take notice of it. There is still an air of bullying in the company, even though some senior ones have now been sacked (so a positive I guess)
