      The work culture is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and invested in your success. Everyone I have worked with or spoken to has taken time out of their own busy schedule to help me with something. The management is amazing and easy to talk to no matter what your needs are.

      Cons

      Honestly, from the time I have been here, there has not been any cons. I know this is going to be a very demanding job, but I took this job knowing that. No cons on my end!

      The culture, environment and people are everything it was billed to be! That is why I wanted to move away from a large public corporation, to be part of a team that has passion, integrity and fun with the work we do.

      I'm 90 days and nothing of concern at this point.

      Great Culture, Perks, and Core Values. Always an abundance of work. Never a dull day

      In between systems, Pending real process and guidelines to be in place and a place where they are housed to always be able to reference.
