      - Well structured company - Good salary structure if you consider working as remote employee from any part of South Aisa (not sure about other parts of the world) - Everyone in the company has a helpful nature - Clear goals for self-improvements and increments

      - Time tracking with TimeDoctor (but with time everyone gets used to it)

      Pros

      - Good pay - Team is great - Excellent organization

      Cons

      - Time tracking software is very invasive (screenshots every 5 to 10 min, mouse and keyboard tracking, camera must always be on while on work hours) - KPIs can be too demanding - Workload can be too heavy (I was managing around 15 accounts at one point)
