      CT is a great company is with clear directions as to where it is going. If you know and are willing you will be carried on this journey. Leadership is honest and transparent and keen on feedback

      Every company has a flaw here and there but nothing particularly worth mentioning

      Pros

      - Good pay - Team is great - Excellent organization

      Cons

      - Time tracking software is very invasive (screenshots every 5 to 10 min, mouse and keyboard tracking, camera must always be on while on work hours) - KPIs can be too demanding - Workload can be too heavy (I was managing around 15 accounts at one point)
