      Pros

      The actual position was very easy as it was a class I already took. Teacher I was assisting was very nice and understanding. Got to help out with student questions and more.

      Cons

      Had some issues with HR getting me in the system to get my check. Kept going back and forth with the department during the semester, turns out HR didn't validate all my info when I gave it them.

      •Making Connections •Gain experience in public institutions on how things work around here.

      Cons

      •Management could be so entitled. When I was a staff member, leadership sees you as trash. Leadership could be scary! It’s all about reputation here so be careful and stay on the low. Just do your work and leave.
