      The school provides flexible hours and coworkers and staff are friendly. You are often able to take time off to study for hours.

      Cons

      There is very little growth as a student worker. Depending on the department, you are also expendable and easily replaced.

      •Making Connections •Gain experience in public institutions on how things work around here.

      Cons

      •Management could be so entitled. When I was a staff member, leadership sees you as trash. Leadership could be scary! It’s all about reputation here so be careful and stay on the low. Just do your work and leave.
