Pros
The environment is one that you're able to learn and grow in. You are working with your peers and gaining potential lifelong friends. You can seek guidance and work towards your personal goals for your career. There is flexibility for schedules given that it is a college position. You can get unexpected opportunities. You can utilize the equipment as needed for personal projects with permission!
Cons
You're only allowed to work a certain number of hours is that is a problem for your finances. It doesn't pay as much as an off campus job would for doing the same position. It ends once you've graduated ( with a grace period I think )
