      Pros

      Not really much I can say that would be a pro to this company other than I'm thankful to have direct supervisors who cared about myself as an employee even though they couldn't do much to help in a lot of situations.

      Cons

      Not sure where to start. HR doesn't care about your issues. Way too many departments trying to do the same thing which causes a headache at the end of the day. Benefits are mediocre and have only gotten worse during my employment. 401k is subpar. Health benefits are subpar. Timekeeping/vacation, company e-mail is spread out amongst various systems. Anything logistical about this company makes absolutely no sense. They rollover to new systems and they don't work.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
