      Pros

      1. Process Oriented company. More emphasis is given on process 2. Good colleagues 3. good compensation is given for experience people. 4. U will be getting exposure to many things 5. CSC keeps low profile and the fact is CSC is a very good company

      Cons

      1. No Promtions 2. No hikes for the last two years 3. Individual performance is not recognized. 4. Less scope of work for freshers. 5. Management is only bothered with managers but not employee

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
