      Pros

      If work for more than 3-4 years and have good rapport with the manager,you will get foreign travel opportunities. Easy to migrate to other technologies when your are not in project.

      Cons

      Don't get appraisals almost every year in USA,even though you got top performance rating. Be careful when you are not on project,When you manager asked to relocate to different and if you say no for two time straight then you will be fired. Doesn't have much communication with upper management.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
