Pros
Some flexibility with work arrangements but need lots of supporting justification. Company's offerings are attractive to clients so that makes our job at selling easy.
Cons
Management doesn't understand and doesn't care to understand employees. Management rewards those who are loud and serve management's interests but who are not great team mates and not workers with integrity. Management takes ages to come to decisions this may be good for big complex decisions but not great for clients or employees who are kept waiting for months on end. Work is very specialised but no one takes the project across departments, i.e. No one bridges gaps. Lastly Organization is global but remains US centric in its benefits to employees and decision making.
