Pros

Great pay and benefits for employees.

Cons

Expectations of this role are impossible to meet without cutting corners. Your keystrokes are measured, your available time on the phone is measured, so they can see you are working as hard as you can, and they know they are understaffed. However, they will make zero exceptions and will accept zero suggestions on what you need in order to catch up, which is ANY downtime. Overtime is not allowed and if you try to log into your computer outside of your set hours, you will get in trouble. Every fellow employee works through illness, including Covid, because the notion of getting behind on their work is more important than their health, to management. They will have you bringing in $450,000 a month in recovery with 75% of your claims being uninsured and you needing manager approval to do anything on any file over $7000, and they will still fire you, because they refuse to be flexible in any way. Then, they will appeal your unemployment claim, because they do not care about any sort of balance or human understanding. It is basically a high pressure sales environment where you make less than 1% of the money you are required to bring the company each month, but no matter how much you try, you will be completely overloaded and treated like a failure. They will not offer any assistance or relief, under any circumstance ever. You will be punished for their lack of staff and unsupportive management.

Pros

I am grateful for the resources and vendor relationships that Mobilitas provides. They help me work faster and more efficiently as a Commercial Casualty Adjuster. I also appreciate that the company supports the use of AI, which helps make our work easier and more efficient.

Cons

Opportunities for advancement have become more limited over the past year. It feels like there is not a clear or effective path to move into leadership. The current leadership programs do not feel very helpful or are not geared toward claims roles. It can also feel like staying in the same position for a long time before being seriously considered for promotion.
