starter student company. 10 month contract. go from trucking school (they pay) to 1 month driving with a lead driver then finish your contract with your team driver. you will want to choose who you drive with while at school. meet someone cool and stick with them. otherwise you'll get a random person. if you're a good driver and put down miles, this company will have your back. if you're a crappy driver.. not so much.
Cons
its team driving. you have to send in messages weekly because they will have missing runs on your checks. don't know if its intentional or by error, but stay on top of your loads and make sure you're getting paid. one message of "hey, i didn't get paid for xxxxxx" is all it takes
