      You learn to be a professional driver.

      Cons

      *The pay is not consistant at all. If you make it past phase 2, you still will get 300 dollars checks. *after phase 1 upgrade they sent me for home time. I was stuck at home for 3 weeks with out pay, until they found me a truck thats picking me up. Communication is terrible and they do not care for your success.
