Pros
Started working for them over twenty years ago it was well organised and we had fun ,our boss would call in regularly to see us to see how we were I was a team leader and loved organising fun events.
Cons
Sadly we are not too happy ,the fun has gone it's like no one cares about us no more meetings,text messages at all hours for work,dare not cancel or have to state why. No one available if a problem arises.i could pick many holes in the organisation but instead we are the ones under scrutiny. I'm afraid the company I loved once needs a rethink on the old pals act.we need someone to listen to our needs and not scrutinise us as we work hard.
