Senior developer - Anonymous employee COFOMO Employee Review

In this company all they care about is getting you placed at a client's site, so they can bill your time as much as they can, they do not treat people with respect, I have never seen a similar toxic environment. The accounts' managers and HR will make you feel like once you are at a client's site, you are not part of the company as long as the client is not complaining, one year the have just decided to freeze all promotions and ask people to take some off time on their own as result of a client asking to minimize the billed time ! No values, no culture ! It is a horrible place, and would not recommend it to anyone.
