My time with CMC has been a roller-coaster. Huge fluctuations in pay. Some days are incredibly hard, cramming 2+ days of work into 8 hours in a difficult work environment, while other days I'll spend hours waiting for something to do. Our IT department has failed time and again to meet basic needs of field staff, leaving their employees with broken hardware for weeks when a replacement's value is about what we generate for revenue in less than a day. Software has remained unfinished over 5 years after implementation. Good employees are promoted but often express the pay increase wasn't worth the added stress and responsibilities. Pay was restructured to be something more stable but after over 5 years with the company my pay over the past year has dropped dramatically. My experience is not unique and several of us have raised concerns with HR and supervisors but have not had our pay rectified. I'm passionate about what I do but it feels like a dead end.
