Pros

- Realistic commission threshold - Healthy competitiveness between the offices - keeps things interesting - Uncapped commission - Can speak with senior management about issues/concerns without loads of red tape or hoops to jump through - Structured client base -Generous car allowance (upon hitting target) -Reasonable holiday allowance which increases over the years - Thorough and robust processes which all employees adhere too - Friendly team and have made some life long friends here - Social events are always very generous and thought is put in to them so that everyone can enjoy them (all ages). - Free parking - Early finish on a Friday - Market leader in sector so lots of roles called in - Realistic and fair KPI's - Specifically my teams manager is extremely supportive and really wants the best for us. I joined CMA from a smaller competitor and I can honestly say I have never looked back. I enjoy coming to work every day and have made genuine friends for life. I am always encouraged and supported with ideas and feel like I can really develop a career here. I am very process driven and this plays well into CMA ethos and I feel I have grown and developed as a recruiter since joining.

- Benefits package basic compared to competitors -More transparency re commission percentages between team members - Complicated commission structure (albeit lucrative)

Pros

CMA are exceptionally good at what they do and offer a fantastic environment to learn from the best. The average tenure is over 12 years, which speaks volumes about the company’s culture and leadership. It’s a close-knit team with desks split fairly, ensuring balanced opportunities for everyone. The company culture is supportive and friendly, with strong relationships among colleagues. There are regular team socials and nights out, creating a great sense of community. CMA also recognise and reward hard work through quarterly awards and a strong commission scheme. If you put the effort in, you’ll definitely see the rewards.

Cons

Nothing I’ve experienced so far would stop me from giving CMA a full five-star review.
