DON’T: Poor conditions and micromanaging - Import/Export Specialist CMA CGM Employee Review

I was proud and felt lucky to work at this company 9 years ago. Since 2023, the agenda of the company has changed significantly. Since leaving, I have heard nothing but terrible things. The micromanaging I experienced was not at the will on my direct managers but passed on to them from upper management. Opportunities for cross training were unavailable, due to the excessive workload. This hindered the possibility for growth and transition within the company. From 2016-2023. I was grateful to work at CMA CGM AMERICA. I am happy to have left before things got even worse.
