Pros

It has strong potential to grow in the industry because of its unique format and clear market differentiation. With the right strategy, continued investment, and strong execution, this format could become more widely recognized and create new opportunities for long-term growth.

Cons

There are not many highly capable people in the company. A few strong contributors are carrying most of the work and keeping the company running, at least on the surface. One employee seems to care more about his own comfort than the company’s growth. He engages in office politics, talks behind others’ backs, and creates unnecessary negativity. I am not sure whether the executive members are unaware of this behavior or simply unable to recognize how harmful it is. Even though this is a technology-based company, many people do not fully value the importance of technology and operational systems. The focus is often placed more on content and customer relationships, which is understandable to some extent. However, technology and efficient internal systems should be treated as key drivers of growth, not secondary concerns. When properly developed and utilized, strong systems can improve operational efficiency, create new profit opportunities, reduce unnecessary workload, and improve the overall quality of the work environment. Ignoring this only limits the company’s potential.

Pros

Most employees are good to be around.

Cons

Bad CEO. You can see that 3 years ago someone wrote about how CEO changed and the "new" change he brought. That same CEO-who is a MAGA Republican- has not changed. He would parrot same racists comments by Trump supporters, such as calling Covid-19 China virus. Unless you are White, your opinions will not be respected and you can forget about getting promoted to senior/executive level. Since this is a Korean company and the CEO answers to HQ in Korea, we have a lot of Korean-American employees but all at mid or junior level. Employees also answers to Korea HQ which surprisingly treat Korean-American employees worse as well.
