      Pros

      Great Place to work. Open to new ideas, very organized and excellent salaries and benefits which I consider to be the best ones for a company of its size. Very employee-oriented.

      Cons

      The company does not have much interest in growing. Not much training and career advancement for long term employees.

      Great people! I've been lucky to be work on a team that values collaboration and openly invites new ideas!

      Work can be slow to get done and there's not a lot of drive to excel and compete to be the best in the industry.
