Team effort in all departments. Faith based organization that supplies every need to employees and empowers them to succeed. Patient Care is first and foremost!
Cons
Press Ganey Scores seem to dictate more of the employment atmosphere that it should. Understaffed in some departments. Hiring process is long and drawn out.
