I worked for Complete Healthcare Resources at a managed facility in a management position. I was employed for nearly 10 years. Pay was greater than normal compensation for my position, benefits were as good as any place I worked prior (and better than most), interaction with corporate staff was always helpful, and promotion opportunity was always available (I chose to remain in my position).
Cons
In 10 years, there were no negative experiences related to my employment.
Free medical, dental, vision and Rx insurance for yourself, good for me because I'm not married or have kids,CNA classes taught here, got paid 13$ and hour through their program and they pay for your certification, double time and a half on holidays, always overtime opportunities,
Cons
Only get 7.5 hours a day because lunch is not paid and the company will not allow you to clock into work early, resident to staff ratio is horrible there are always agency aids filling in
