Poor managment - Anonymous employee CHAS Health Employee Review

There is to much middle management. Most of which do not have any management experience prior to their titles and roles. There should be a education requirement for management and experience requirement. Salary is a pro however once they up the new employees starting rate the others get a little teeny tiny bump in their pay. So someone coming in with no experience brand new to a field could potentially be within a dollar of someone who has been there years. So much turnover, you are constantly training.
