Pros

The people here are amazing !! Eager to assist and very welcoming !! Most jobs are easy as long as proper on-boarding (training) is given. All jobs are M-F all shifts between 8a-6p .. Location is very accessible in University City Philadelphia

Cons

Favoritism and Double Standards are a constant even when it comes to pay and job advancement. Knowledge base doesn't matter Upper Management only advances upper level degrees Master's and up. Immediate Managers are great when they aren't being pressured by Director and CEO to enforce outdated rules. Micromanagement seems to be the way to go while issues that need fixing go unnoticed. This job offers only company wide raises at Christmas Time. Broken promises of staff morale building exercises are a constant reminder that you aren't a person just simply a body in a seat to push work around and not even benefit the customer.

Pros

Great pay. Good benefits. CEO is a pleasure to work with and has a great open door policy. The position was enjoyable and appreciated the collaboration of coworkers.

Cons

Direct was not clear from Supervisors and they were always changing the guidelines without advising the employees prior to doing so. Did not seem there was any oversight of how the Supervisors were managing and they needed to do better in that department.
