Horrible experience - Manager CG Creative Studios Employee Review

Read other reviews and yes, while work can require long hours and coordination can sometimes seem challenging, that's generally the agency experience overall in the marketing/advertising/events industries, mostly due to client miscommunication and changing demands and expectations. Nowhere is perfect, but CG has an invested management team working to make things better. The people and teams are amazing, they're what make this place truly stand out. Work can get crazy busy, but the people make it fun and travel opportunities can also be a big plus. Their main office in La Jolla has one of the best views in San Diego. Would definitely recommend working here if you can.

Can be difficult to balance work/life with overlapping projects and difficult clients with never-ending demands, but that seems everywhere lately. Management makes a big effort to provide for extra days off and is flexible to accommodate your personal time.
