Pros
Over time will not be an option since there will be plenty of it. Vacation benefits are good if you will be approved by management.
Cons
Bonus options are available. Getting paid for it will be prolonged or reneged by Corp. As salary expect to work multiple shifts and weekends at no additional pay or compensation. Management continues to overestimate or underestimate manpower constantly. Salary pay is low for the county. I would recommend staying clear of this company.
