      Pros

      The owners of the company are approachable and care very much for their employees. Employees and the corporate culture drives motivation and is very goal-oriented. The company is growing at a fast rate.

      Cons

      Most positions require weekly (mon-fri) travel. Length of work day often changes based on project goal, upsets and client needs... a day can easily change from 8 expected hours to 14 due to variety of reasons.
