      Ambiente di lavoro molto tranquillo e con disponibilità al dialogo, molto flessibili con le necessità personali e molto attenti all'equilibrio vita-lavoro.

      Cons

      Pochi incentivi per la formazione tecnica, management generalmente distaccato, alta densità di project manager rispetto agli operativi. Progetti a volte non all'altezza delle aspettative.

      Pros

      Friendly environment; diversity of projects; majority of projects are very interesting., good until 30/35, the experience you develop can be easily repelled in other company, specially abroad.

      Cons

      Excessive fragmentation in the activities; not possibile to grow and mature wit ha clear professional role ; career path simply does not exists; sometimes projects are really "small".

      governance structure rewards stability and low-risk against growth and opportunity. thus there are few internal paths for professional growth
