Cons

I worked for this company for about three years before leaving due to ongoing issues with poor management decisions and a general lack of respect for employees. In the Tennessee market, management often failed to recognize the effort and skill that went into the work. Safety measures were minimal. I was frequently asked to perform unsafe tasks, such as splicing on top of ladders that required 2 to 7 hours of labor alone, this was in areas with no cell phone service and without any supervision or an established emergency action plan. Additionally, there was no funding for traffic control when working on aerial tasks or splicing near highways, which is another major safety issue that went unaddressed After putting in my 2 weeks, I was later contacted about being re-hired in the Montana market. I received an official offer letter and was told I would be returning back to work. Based on that commitment, I turned down other job opportunities and began preparing to relocate. Shortly afterward, I was informed that my offer had been rescinded without any explanation or follow-up communication. The lack of transparency, professionalism, and concern for employee safety within this company is extremely disappointing.
