Overworked and underappreciated employees. No idea why they stay as they can so MUCH better.......
Cons
Pathetic Manager at EdgeRock-thankfully fired. No long term strategy, no training and no predictable expectations. Mr. Castleman may be good at counting the cash but he be better served learning to treat people with respect and hiring leaders who lead by example vs by intimidation
