Pros
Worked with very talented people who cared about the company, the customer and their co-workers. I was always paid on time. I worked for a couple of managers throughout the years who provided me with the opportunity to move into a new position. If you want to work for one of the big companies that CDI supports, this is a great way to gain some experience, especially if you are at an entry level in your career.
Cons
There is so much turnover at the executive level that is makes it close to impossible to gain any traction. Every 3 -4 years there has been a new CEO. He or she comes in and brings in a new set of executives and issues the strategy to work collaboratively across all verticals of the company; which in turn, everyone has to embrace as though it were a brand new idea that no one has ever considered before. In the past few years, CDI has turned into a company that focuses on data and reports. If a pie chart doesn't report good data, it gets switched to a bar chart or a funnel..and still tells the same story.
