I'm sorry to hear that your experience at CDE has not met your expectations. At CDE we value career development and growth of our employees. We recognise that we have a culture of high performance, one which we are very proud of. We have a number of processes in place to develop and reward our staff which include development through our competency framework, succession planning, inhouse leadership academy and this year we were pleased to introduce a new performance development review process.
