Work environment and company culture.. No restrictions as long as the work is done but this cannot be true to all teams.. Work life balance.. tension free...

Cons

Too much politics at the lead and manager level.. They are in this company for more than 8 years and all the people under them will leave sooner or later since there is no growth what so ever...

the work is neither hard nor demanding and the new blood that coming on seems to be wanting to show their feathers and capabilities to the top brass who are still trying to figure out the direction given the entire change of the top levels

Cons

the work isn't fulfilling and the change in leadership is seemingly lost in translation, not from Chinese to English, but from Silicon Valley-ish to Indianapolis/Atlanta lingo. The mash-up of Vista fame is not happening fast enough to make us famous in a good way.
