Extremely Toxic work environment. Managment always on breaks and doing everything but work. Poor Pay. Disregard to legal responsibilities.

You get paid, sometimes. Some other drivers, often also desperate for work, can be good friends to share experiences with.

Toxic management at all levels, constantly lying from job advertisements through to day to day communication. Benefits promised are not delivered. Don’t believe anything they say, especially during recruitment. You will always be looked down upon and never supported. “Training” is all about covering management and company liability rather than your’s and is all about signing your life away when things go wrong. “Mistakes”, especially regarding hours worked will always be made and never in your favour. Surveillance is extreme and is used to intimidate and gather evidence against you. Company is terrified of technology and hopeless at the use of it. Technology is probably deliberately designed to frustrate. e.g. claiming overtime is a battle. Paper is king! You will be required to drive ancient, noisy, poorly maintained, barely roadworthy vehicles that the customers will be visibly shocked by when they board. These buses haven’t been properly cleaned since they were given to the company from the government. There will never be sufficient time to take breaks and the work is emotionally draining. Do not put yourself through this.
