- Not much in my 5+ years experience with them - Finance team timely and prompt response
Cons
- Will not get even genuine benefits. - Always no written response from HR team. Regarding Maternity /Paternity Benefits, Hike, Regularization with client, Scholarship or no matter what. Always no written response. And when you personally call them multiple times then the only response you might get is "not in our policy". - If you work at client location you will for sure demote your career growth. You might run for several years without any hike or promotion. - Worst case when client wants to make you permanent, you will not get any support / response from your vendor (CBSI). Because of which you will see the employee who joined from different vendors getting regular where as you are stuck with same salary and as a contractor for several years.
